Initial Set Up Fee:

This is an $89.00 Fee that includes the following:
•Phone assistance with installation of Remote Connection software.
•A virus scan will be performed to assure there are no known malicious items located on the computer.
•Anti-Virus will be updated. If you do not have a paid subscription to a current antivirus one will be suggested to you. Dial A Geek Onsite is a provider for and recommends an Avast Internet Security. This product can be located on our Products page .
•Your start up menu will be optimized. Making sure there are no unused items that may be causing your computer speed to lag.
Recurring Monthly Fee:
This is a monthly fee which will be charged by Dial A Geek Onsite. This $29.95 fee includes, but is not limited to the following:
•Annoying Pop-ups
•Browser Hijacks
•Viruses
•Spy ware
•Errors
•Slow Computer
•Internet Connections
•Program Installations
•Printer Problems
•Email Problems
•Updates/Patches
•Small Wired/Wireless Networks
•Office Applications
As a member of our Unlimited Remote Support Package, if your problem can not be resolved via your connection you are also entitled to a 10% discount on any onsite service. This does not include any parts or hardware.
